Position Overview

The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing software applications while ensuring scalability, performance, and security. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver innovative solutions that address user needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and security.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design architecture, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.
• Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Requirements

• For non-Japanese candidates: Minimum 3 years of work experience in Japan with a commitment to long-term employment.
• For non-Japanese candidates: Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or higher.
• Strong expertise in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, .NET, C++, JavaScript, etc.) with 3+ years of practical experience.
