Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the research and development of AI models within the project.
• Collaborate on the integration of AI models into products and services, implementing optimization measures to ensure performance and scalability.
• Research and stay up to date with the latest Generative AI trends; implement and experiment with academic papers.
• Provide regular reports and carry out other related tasks as assigned by the department head.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience working in the AI field, with a strong track record in research and model deployment.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI models in computer vision, such as GANs and Latent Variable Models (LVMs).
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience in model compression techniques, including pruning, distillation, and quantization.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding scientific papers in English.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to work independently in problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
