Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential leads to closing deals.
• Present and promote products and services to prospective customers.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to identify issues, improve satisfaction, and create upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Provide Personal Development Plans (PDP) and training for the Sales team.
• Develop detailed plans to achieve team sales targets.
• Set and monitor KPIs and goals, and report progress to both the team and management.
• Support the consulting team as a mediator in conflict situations.
• Stay informed about market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in creating marketing content for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to enhance brand awareness and generate leads in target markets.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the industry.
• Background in IT Business Consulting is highly preferred.
• Strong passion for Sales and Marketing, with a desire to further develop professional skills in both areas.
• Independent, proactive, and initiative-driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or above.
