FRESHER/JUNIOR AI ENGINEER

About Us

• Propose, implement, and optimize models in the fields of Computer Vision, Image Generation, and Vision-Language Models (VLMs).
• Transfer models from research to production (deployment, API integration, packaging, etc.).
• Evaluate model performance, improve algorithms, and design suitable training pipelines.
• Organize and design data pipelines, assess data quality, and suggest improvements for specific use cases.
• Contribute to the design of AI module architectures integrated into larger systems.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Excellent academic performance in majors such as Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, or related fields from top universities (e.g., Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam National University, etc.).
• Prior experience in AI-focused companies and a proven track record in scientific research is highly preferred.
• Strong advantage for candidates with awards in programming contests or machine learning challenges.
• Solid knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision. Familiarity with Diffusion Models or Vision Transformer Models is a plus.
• Strong programming skills, algorithmic thinking, and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, etc.
• Self-motivated with strong learning ability, effective communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
